environment. All material for any protrusions, stacks, and curbs are prefabricated in the factory.

The material is offered in a .040 mil, .050 mil, and .060 mil. thickness. Material is available in
white, tan, or gray. These colors are designed to be highly reflective, keeping your energy costs down. The single ply roofing system is manufactured by Duro-Last Roofing Inc. and comes with a 15 year material and labor warranty. Warranty covers consequential damages and ponding water.
